Senior Fitness and Chair Fitness

These classes develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination through simple floor work, and standing and seated exercise. All exercises can also be done seated if individuals desire. Hand weights, flex bands and balls are used. This is a fun class designed for seniors and anyone who wants to "shape up" safely at their own pace.

I offer personal fitness instruction for individuals, pairs and small groups. Individuals of all ability levels are welcome. Classes are tailored to meet individual needs.

Fees for a 1 hour Fitness class:
    Individual = $45
    Pair = $60
    Small group = varies with group size, please e-mail or call to inquire
